1. What is the status of my order?

 

We have you covered! We will email you as items in your order ship, or if there are updates on the status of your order. Can't find the email? Contact us and we'll look it up for you. COVID-19 potential delivery delay: our carriers are currently experiencing delays in delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

 

2. How long does it take to receive my order?

 

The estimate delivery time is 5-8 business days for in-stock styles. Please keep note that pre-order items arrival dates are subject to change.

 

3. Will I be charged for my Pre-order?

 

Payment will not be collected until your selected style(s) has arrive at our facility and is ready for shipment.

 

 

4. How can I track my order status?

 

If you have chosen shipping with tracking, you will receive an email with the tracking information once we ship your order. In any case, you can follow your order status by signing into your account. You will find one of the following statuses: Payment Accepted, Preparation in Progress, or Shipped. If you have a question about your tracking information or delivery status, contact us and we'll look it up for you.

 

 

5. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept payments via all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.

 

6. How can I return an item?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us and share with us your return reason. Please send the item(s) back in the original packaging with the original invoice. 7. How is shipping calculated?

 

At our company, shipping fees are calculated with care. While we base our calculations on UPS retail rates, we always make sure to apply a discount to offer our customers the best possible value. It's worth noting that we don't offer a standard flat-rate shipping option. Instead, we tailor our shipping costs to factors such as weight and location. This approach ensures that each customer receives fair and accurate pricing, reflecting their unique shipping requirements.
