RETURN POLICY PLEASE CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX IMMEDIATELY. All claims must be made in writing within 5 (five) business days upon confirmed date of delivery with ONLY ORIGINAL BOX CONDITION. All returns and damages should be requested to RADEPT@CCOCCI.NET There are no refunds. Returned items will incur a 20% restocking fee. The adjusted balance will be applied to exchanges or store credit only. Return will only be accepted with an RMA number. (Photo required). Please note we are not able to send a replacement for any damaged pairs. Any returns sent without a valid RA number provided by CCOCCI, will not be responsible for the shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. All returns must be unworn in their ORIGINAL condition & packaging. You must ship it back to us within 4 business days after receiving the RA #. Any returns sent after the time allowed will not be accepted. *** All sales items are final, no refund, no exchange, no store credit***

Cancellation Policy

***Not able to accept cancellations after packing the ordered items. *** To cancel orders (INCLUDING IN-STOCK ORDER/PREORDER) placed with us at CCOCCI, please contact us by phone or by sending us a message through the "Message" system accessible at the top of the page. Cancellation requests should be made within 5 BUSINESS DAYS after the order has been placed. ALL cancellations REQUIRE authorization from CCOCCI before the order has been processed, and we have the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee for all canceled orders. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" under "Status" after it has been approved.
