RETURN POLICY

 

PLEASE CHECK CONTENTS OF THE BOX IMMEDIATELY.

 

All claims must be made in writing within 5 (five) business days upon confirmed date of delivery.

All returns and damages should be requested to customerservice@ccocci.net

There are no refunds. Retuned items will incur a 20% restocking fee. Adjusted balance will be applied to exchanges or store credit only.

If an item is damaged, we will gladly replace it upon inspection of the returned goods. Return will only be accepted with an RMA number. (Photo required)

Any returns sent without a valid RA number provided by CCOCCI, will not be responsible for the shipping charge and 20% restocking fee will be applied.

All returns must be unworn in its original condition & packaging. You must ship it back to us within 4 business days after receiving the RA #.

Any returns sent after the time allowed will not be accepted.
